  1. My neighbours have Pampas Grass, so anything goes
  2. I miss this one every day, K7 has been gone a year and the new owner is reluctant to sell back to me..bad times
  3. Superb stuff. I've always liked the standard ride/suspension, especially on the average UK road
  4. Should be a win..An extra car programme almost guaranteed as the other 3 will most likely do their own show somewhere else.
  5. I had an Auto VR a few years ago and actually quite liked it. A great city car and at that price it's pretty sensational. I only have a problem with the people who want manual money for them.
  6. Your Storm looks sensational with the new paint. Always great to see a good standard car getting some TLC. I miss mine so much
  7. Thanks for the heads up. Will have a browse tomorrow in Smiths!
  8. That's a really great mod. I have always gone with the rear ashtray mod, but this looks much more useable
  9. Really interested to see your progress with this. Always elated to see people saving them from the scrappy
  10. Looks really tidy. Welcome
  11. Top lurking! Welcome along. Your car sounds great, but this thread is worthless without photos!?
  12. BMCs are the best, never without one on a VR. Definitely the larger fitting
  13. I would also like some of these please old chap
  14. Seems like you've got a good car there. Welcome back to ownership, not sure I could live without one for 11 years though!
  15. I would be up for this, but alas currently between VRs
  16. Some good memories here. I bought one of the Tamiya Avante re-releases in 2011. Absolutely love that car.
  17. I've always wanted to own a Blackberry, there's just never been a good one available when I was looking. Yours looks lovely
  18. Welcome. Lovely looking car you have there
  19. Welcome. Glad to hear you will be keeping it standard
  20. A lovely Classic Green/Black Leather VR6 on an M plate parked up in Stanhope Road Carpark, Deal today at around lunchtime. It looked very original and still sporting VAG number plates. It remind me I've been out of a Corrado for too long (approx 6 months!)..I need my ninth Corrado!
  21. VW sold me the screw-in antenna aerial and the rubber gasket separately which was all mine needed. Think it was about £20 in total for the approved parts. I don't have part numbers as it was a year ago. Tip for getting the rubber gasket over the antenna base is plenty of Vaseline! No need to remove headlining this way
  22. Some real good work there. Always OEM+ gets my vote. Those wheels look sensational
  23. A Mystic Storm parked up on a grass verge by side of A28 around Bethersden, Kent this morning around 9. It looked very standard and original on an N reg
  24. A red French plates LHD G60 parked up n the 14th arondisment of Paris
