Corrado not back on the road so will be in the Octavia. Boo :(
-
Stunning. Absolute Corrado perfection.

Mine has been a weekend warrior for a while now but debating returning it to service as a semi-daily and supplementing it with a 125cc bike for tooling to work, etc. Not sure yet though!
-
Given the relatively little effort involved in draining and refilling not sure I'd bother mixing the coolant anyway and just replace the lot.
-
Likewise!
-
It's annoying they said that. Revell don't make them though :( They made them... as in past tense and trying to get hold of them now is really difficult and expensive!
-
Not sure on G13.. Not seen that myself yet but can't go wrong with G12++ :)
-
Any further news on the PAS pump?
-
Indeed. Temperature is supposed to climb quite significantly overnight Wendy and be up to about 8 degrees by tomorrow. No chance of any snow being left on the ground by Saturday!

Cheap VR6 storm just appeared in the classifieds..
-
Who the hell would have paid £1,100 for that!! It'd need new EVERYTHING on the drivetrain side.. the interior is probably a mouldy swimming pool, god knows if the engine would ever even turn over again. Insane.
-
G60's have the rarity factor though... they're older, they made less and more have been destroyed through poorly executed attempts at modification meaning good unmolested ones are really not a common sight!

Nice to meet some new faces and the regulars. Good venue I thought too Wendy but glad you booked! Look forward to seeing this beast of a Corrado if you make it up to another meet sometime one step! -
Monthly Corrado Meet - Northampton - Tues 12th Feb

Well volunteered... ;) -
Is this the one that's basically not got tax or an MOT so a road test will be impossible? It does sound worth a look but, as I say, only if you can get it for a very good price... but impossible to say whether it'll be any good until I go look at it.
-
I live very near to Hinckley but am a little short on time at the moment - though may be able to fit in a visit on Sunday to have a look at it if that'd be any good for you?
-
It's the same as any pre-2001 car with an engine over 1549cc - currently £121 for 6 months, £220 for 12 months. This information took me 20 seconds to find on the DVLA website.
-
Thank heavens for that!
-
Welcome to the forum! Seems to be a hell of a lot of new users signing up at the moment... the Corrado market must be picking up!
-
Originality can count for a lot and as I say if you can haggle a decent price then it's still worth looking at.
-
Agreed with David.. there are potentially a few bills there and I'd be surprised if there is history for something like the G-Lader (but I guess you never can tell) - either way I'd certainly not offering anything over three figures for it.
-
Ditto. Great result! :-)

Any update Fay?
