The eyebrow on my car does restrict the amount of light from the headlights... as if they weren't bad enough. The eyebrow also alters the beam... when I drive up close to a wall with the lights on, you'd think that the bulbs were not fitted correctly. But hey, it looks good so its staying on :D

I don't think the paint matches at all in the silver one... I also don't like the way the bumper meets with the wing :oops: A good effort but, could do better I think Jim has set the standard (& maybe the inspiration) for this mod

Do you need to remove the interior door cards to get the handles off? As Fraser said... what's the best way to mask off the little round key bit?

The hose that comes off the top of the rad & has a T off to the resovoir went in my VR. I went & bought a Golf VR6 one from a scrapyard (costing £15) as that was all they had. Needless to say it would not fit so, I ordered one from VAG costing €106.00 So based on that, the Samco kit is very reasonable... even before the discount

I wouldn't knock it that easily. Reading through the site & its FAQ's, all seems quite feasable & well suited to the VR6. Adding 6% to the 190 would give 201.4bhp 8) Although the 'Super eRam' (two eRams wired in series) giving 1.7psi sounds like they're taking the mick a bit... whats next, the 'Super Dooper eRam' having three eRams wired in series?

I've got the replicas on mine to... they're 16 x 8", with 205 x 45 tyres The wheels fit absolutley perfectly & the 45mm profile tyres give a nice combination of performance & handling that fits beautifully with the Corrado's charecteristics.

Car looks great... convinced me to colour code my door handles I made my own side mouldings using 0.5mm aluminium http://the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/download.php?id=2499. Then I used a matt vinyl to infill them... I can now have them in either polished aluminium or change the colour of them in half an hour :D

I'm not sure about it yey... it may grow on me. I suppose it's credability depends on what the GTi (or what ever they're gonna call it) is like. mind you... I would'nt buy one myself!

I think they are very nice... although I would also suggest to get them in 16 x 8"

I've heard this complaint before... I almost bought one but heard that they were notchy to change & looked funny as they sat up too much... maybe it'll just take you a while longer to get used to it

The grin factor... I think is down to the design of the front wing... it just reflects the whole character of the Corrado perfectly

FFS (BTW You do get a bit of VW in the RX8, as they still pay rights to VAG for use of the Wankel rotary engine :lol: ) Sorry J, as much as we try to deny it ...Mazda always come up trumphs in all the major car surveys ...sometimes having three or more cars in the top ten ...can't atrgue with that

Well ...its hard to compare the two cars ...where I live there's a hell of a lot more RX-8's than Corrado's running about. So if you like to follow the fashion then go for it :wink: Seriously though, Mazda are now one off ...if not thee best mass production car manufactures' in the World
