"Gouge"...just the way you're spelling it.
-
What do I win? Technically, the 'H' is on the bumper :) That's one of the few ricers I'd admit to owning.
-
I think prices are more likely to stay stable rather than increase. If ithe Corrado was a convertible I'd expect the summer prices to be stronger but, obviously, it's not.

...and do you still have the map you used?

Where can I find a drivers side fog light for my mk 2 'Rado

Man those GPC guys need to sort out their website. I'm sure they'd get a lot more business. -
As there's been some talk of selling this car recently I was wondering if you could give more details about the parts you used - exhaust manifold, fuel rail, fuel injectors, etc. and what was off-the-shelf or fabricated?
-
Your battery would have to be absolutely and completely flat to be unable to operate a relay that small. I highly doubt that's your problem.

just like mine ha ha shame mine is an old lady, cant wait till i walk out of my front door and look at my VR6 corrado and my E55 sat next to each other! (this is not a pipe dream, it is in the process of happening before anyone starts taking the p!ss) hate that though, when you have two hot cars to choose between. anyone else have that problem between choosing what car shall i drive today? Are you talking to yourself?
-
Probably because I asked him to without suggesting a PM? My bad.

Where's the love?

Hello, good evening and welcome. £50, eh? That's about what mine's worth! There's no shortage of advice here and parts are generally sourceable if you get stuck. The Corrado scene is pretty vibrant considering the relatively small number of them on the roads.

£22 + VAT! The nearest Optima dealer to me is in Thetford - a good hour or so drive. I was gonna give 'em a call on Monday and see what they can do. I'll definitely be ordering a battery early next week whether it's as a part of the group buy or from some dealer. I'm beyond desperate.

Biggerbigben - Golf sold.. another new project!

Much respect to you! I couldn't even be bothered to clean the Corrado today while it was sunny. It was last cleaned in October. -
Facelift 1.8 Honda Integra Type-R? The headlights fit the description and it's 'sporty' with a spoiler.
-
I'm afraid, like the engine mount group buy, I can wait no longer. Having to charge the battery every night just to get two starts out of it has gone on for long enough. STORM 2, any chance of a discount for two? :) By all means post the details of the supplier you contacted.

He put you in a dangerous situation where you had to act quickly. You must have been too close to brake safely or that would likely have been the choice you made. If you'd have hit the brakes and still crashed into his back end you'd have had a hard time proving even 50/50 I think. It sounds to me like you made the right choice.

Buy now, regret later. Works for me.
-
A good-sized potato up the Civic exhaust may help.
-
I can't see that going 50/50 as the damage to your car is in the side. If it was front damage it'd be different but he can hardly say you drove into him sideways!
-
You're right, for 'normal' driving it's hard work but it does shift if required. There are very few ricers that could tempt me away from German cars and the Civic, in any form, is certainly not one of them. Cars have to be more than just fast, in fact speed is very low on my priority list.
-
Well, 126.5bhp at the wheels is probably a bit low considering the mods but it's not *that* bad. Feel sorry for those of us with hardly any more at the flywheel!
-
The 1.6 will own you too. My sister has a 2000 Civic 1.6 VTI and if you're prepared to give it all it has it walks away from my 1.8 16v at all speeds. Fugly car though, as I like to remind her. Sometimes that's all that matters :)

Momo steering wheel.
