Agreed, the performance increase aint worth the cost. Cant you just put octance booster in?

So there are no predrilled holes to use then. I would go and look but as I am changing my rad at the moment the slam panel is off and I am not 100% sure which holes will still be usable once everything is bolted back on! I didnt really want to drill new holes but if needs must.

Hello Almost all have sunroofs except some early models I believe. All have remote central locking I think Aircon is very rare but you can get it. Again almost all come with electric windows. I am sure someone with greater knowledge will come along soon! EDIT - All have electric heated wing mirrors

Cool thanks for that mate. I went to put my fan assembly back on the new radiator and over xmas I managed to get my screws mixed up/lost! Ill just buy new ones so I know what goes where!

Thanks for these, do you have the ones that show the how the twin fan assembly bolts on and the pieces of long plastic (they are guards I think) that go to the left and the right of the radiator. Also I am after the screen shots of how the lights bolt into the body work please Thanks

Hello Can some give me the ETKA screen shots of the radiator fan assembly and the plastic bits that mount on the side of the radistor. Also the ones that show the headlight and the mounting bolts I need as well please. The car is a 93 VR6 Thanks

Read on pistonheads that VW will probably sell Lambo as Porsche dont like being 2nd in the VW family. Maybe turn Bugatti into a coachbuilders!!

Can you mount an oil cooler upside down? (ie with the pipes pointing down) I dont want to start another thread about kinda the same subject hence me putting it in this one. Thanks

Ok I changed the title cause I really need help with this. I got the oil cooler kit and offered it up to the slam panel tonight and I cant see anywhere were I could mount it. I searched previous threads but no one really answered my question. Do I need to make up brackets? I looked in B&Q and I couldnt see what I needed. Can anyone direct me in the right direction. Do I need to secure it in all 4 corners or can I just mount it with the top or bottom 2? Can I mount it with the pipes at the bottom. I have seen threads with it mounted to the radiator, how do I do this? I am sorry for the 20 questions but I am stuck. All help gratefully recieved!!

Agreed. But I dont have these facilities so I dont it in my cramped cold wet garage! At the moment the VR front is in bits while I change the cooling system and put an oil cooler in. Its more satifying and it cuts costs. But things can get REALLY annoying. Luckly I have a mechanic mate who comes over if I get to stuck. I wont try some of things I do if he wasnt around.

First time I was just so happy to have one and now this is how I feel....... :D
