Not sure about checking it but mine has been playing up for months. I got a replacement but haven't got round to changing it, it's a bit of a twat. Sometimes it starts first time sometimes it's the tenth time!! It either turns over or there's nothing - switch is the most likely cause.
-
Looking as good as ever!
-
Could be your ignition switch?

Only option is a panel filter or the Stroeve induction kit which sucks in all the hot air from the engine bay. Try a search.
-
You can do that by pressing a different button! Well on my Concept 50 anyhow.
-
I'd go for it and just add a suppressor if needed. The only problem I've had was fixed by disconnecting and re-connecting rca leads - winner!! 8)

Don't go for speciallist companies unless you'e got a modified motor. Having said that..... I looked at Confused.com and priced up my Valver as standard and some companies like Tescos Value(really????!!!) wanted nearly double what i pay with all my mods with Equity Red Star through A Flux, figure that one out! :cuckoo:

Can't see black badges going obsolete until the German miltary stop using VWs - Shiney silver badges aren't that tactical   8)

Sounds like a suppressor circuit to me but I am not really an expert. I take it the wiring you're changing is the speaker stuff as well as the power stuff? To be honest I've wired my headunit straight to the battery (with a fuse of course ) and I've not used any extra suppressors and had no problems at all.
-
Is that not an in-line fuse?
-
my Topran one has been no trouble at all for about a tenner!

It's cheaper and easier to 16v a g60 than g60 a 16v as you have all the loomage, sensors etc. already in the g60. I not sure that it's much more than a head swap? There's bound to be other bits too i expect - it would be too easy otherwise!!
-
The G60's exhausts are tres 'orrible and the 'write-up' for that orange monstrosity makes the calls for human reproduction licences seem quite reasonable!!
-
I thought that the rear screen would be bonded straight in? Is it a spacer then?
-
Nice and Evil ANND you don't have to polish it!! 8)

I think it ups it some 20 bhp and you get on cam quicker, should be noticeable I should think. Not sure though as I have a KR myself so not looked into it. I'd do it if I had a late valver !!
-
You heard it here first!!!!

I thought VW did a tow bar with a fitment that could be removed when not in use??
-
Don't forget what Yan said about the lenses getting dirty inside. The lenses come apart by popping off the metal clips and you can give them a good clean up - for FREE!!! 8) Just make sure the seals go back ok. Edit: Oh and don't touch the silver it'll just peel off!!
-
The reflector could have peeled its silver coating too.
-
Not much then
