Sure mate just click the links in my sig but the car is no more it has been broken for funds so I can live.
-
Well I have the front bumper too incase you screw it up lol.

Its not a trial block as such, my engine was fully rebuilt but to your spec radojunkie back in 2005 but i had the lysholm charger on it, still wanting more i asked them again will they be willing to do a IHI G60 turbo conversion on it, due to them having numerous calls about them doing it they agreed to it. It was planned to debut at inters 2005 with the lysholm on Jabba's stand, 2 months before this they agreed to do the turbo so off went my car again to them, i got the car back on thursday day inters weekend, drove straight to my local ICE place i used got a full boot build then off to inters that night lol. Anyway whilst my car was there, at the same time there was G60dave there with his charger that had grenaded and his car in bits, he also had the same turbo conversion as me but on a standard engine, so mine was the 1st to come out of Jabba with the 1900 engine etc but my engine was already done before the turbo, then dave had his done but on a standard engine, he then was going for my spec for 300bhp but then sold the car and G60 Marc on here now owns it then Jabba did their track corrado with the turbo 1900 but with a different turbo, it uses a VF30 and also has forged rods. Thats what you can do slim, the rods, it was always going to get done on mine to run more boost for more mid range grunt.

So you coming for my dash now and wings lol
-
Speak to CorradoVR6-Turbo as he runs C2 stuff.
-
My handbrake came off the floor too, its the flimsy metal thats welded to the floor that fails, just takes a couple of spot welds and your good to go.
-
Also you would be better off using this lot viewtopic.php?f=13&t=88476 Very cheap that kit. Also guaranteed to fit instead of messing about trying to make the other stuff fit.
-
Sod stealthy lol
-
You see thats the beauty of it, boost turned down and its really progressive just like the charger was, like i said boring. Turn it up and all hell breaks loose.

I did take every corner flat out on the leather Recaro's and they hold fine, they are not as supportive as the standard seats but they are perfectly fine still, they are much more ergonomically supportive though, the back shape helped me out alot, i always used to get back ache in standard seats b ut the recaro just hold and support your back so much better and i stepped out the car the same as i went in, ache free after long journeys. So as you can see from all the replies there are arguments for and against all the seats, it really is personal preference.

Im glad you decided to dump the grenade as they are useless after you have gone turbo and seen what can be achieved. Also it would have cost you proper shed loads if you did what you wanted to do. Did you get the rev counter working yet? Still need to post you some stuff.....

Yea mine was Rob

Just to say i was no (horrid) ABS on seat 305mm Brembo's and my pedal was firm, not long at all and braked ridiculously well.

Life comes 1st im afraid, hence why i had to break mine so i can keep my house, had a huge change in circumstances so it had to be done, am i sad about it, no, do i miss it, no, do i still wish i had it, yes, but only as a toy for something to use and abuse. Personally i would just sort out the house move, sell the car and get something else reliable, then at some point in the future if you fancy another then pick another up.

Currently looking at subarus as well and from what i have found the bugeye does not handle as good as the blobeye or the classic. Prodrive pack will take them to around 250 on a wrx and on a sti it will go to 300 ish 18" wheels make them handle better without compromising the ride too much.
-
yes compared to an oe mount there is more but they really are not that bad. Maybe because i did all 3 thats why it was not too bad for some reason.
-
you hardly get any with the 4 cylinder either, honestly
-
I love your daily :luvlove:
-
OE will feel stiff and renewed and much better than worn OE bushes. VT will be alot stiffer with slight cabin vibration, but much improved engine control, gear change feel improved. Solid mount will increase the above but run the risk of sudden mount snappage. Westside is da best Eastside is da best Upto you what you wanna do????????????????
-
Had mine on for 4 years and they still felt as tight as the day i bought them, i also like the fact that they are rubber still as it will still allow slight movement in them as to not break the mount on the subframe and also the other 2 mounts will take up some more movement.
-
Your all old and fugly lol. Anyways i am also a fan of the poly bushes and with the mounts all together. I was told that the road version VT's are not much stiffer than new OE mounts and that the competitions are much better so maybe that is why you say they are no good veedub???????
-
Never snapped a cv, mount, or anything it just did what it should do. I have only heard of mounts snapping when a solid front mount is used on the front. Im not posting all these replies to say there is no trade off its perfect but for me the pros out weighed the very slight minimal cons.
-
It would be alot nicer to drive with less engine movement in the corners, acceleration and braking. All 3 really are not overkill, honestly, cabin vibration was very very minimal, suspect it all depends on what else you have done.
-
I used toads set up and there was not alot of difference to be honest i suspect due to the power level. Then went vibrateknic competition and the difference was out of this world, and not too stiff with minimal cabin vibration.

Result and glad once again i could help. Echo what others have said, he really is a top chap.
