I'm looking at having some custom mats made up and need some help form anyone with the early version of the genuine mats. I need to know the position of the logo, so need the measurements for A, B and C. as per the picture attached. Also the size of the of the letter 'C' in the word Corrado. Would really appreciate the help with getting this information, and it may help other people wanting new like OE mats.

If your bushes are worn on your tensioner, I can supply you with some derlin ones. Or I'm sure Jabbasport were selling them at one time. I can supply you with some like these, its what I have fitted on mine. As you can see the old ones pretty worn -

Do you mean the spring tensioner is rattling away? Have you got a smaller pulley and is the serpentine belt the correct one. -
This might be your lucky day as I've got the parts in the garage with new bolts the lot. Now I don't mind loaning you the parts, but I would want then all replacing with new ones.

Any chance of getting some prices on some decent coilovers, around the same sort of price range as the B12's

I'm looking for an early gauge panel, that sits in the centre console for 2 round gauges.

What a top and helpful bloke, Sean that is [emoji2]. Wayne I would take up Sean's offer of the standard drilled box, use it with the standard filter until you can source a BMC one or a non drilled one. Not keen on the open cone filter myself as well, to much oil on it an it can damage the MAF. To little and you get inadequate filter, which can result crap going Into the engine.

I did think it was you Sean, but wasn't 100%.

Looks lovely, wish I was brave enough to drop the rear axle on mine to do an overhaul on it.

Depends on you budget, what is your specialist quoting you? There was someone on hear that had a new peice put in the bolster, then recoloured the whole interior to match it all in. The seats were same colour as yours and the final results looked really good. The other option would be to try and find another seat base to replace it with. But that might be like finding rocking horse poo.

http://www.partsbase.org/vw/corrado-cor-eu-1992-216-headlights/ Does that make it any easier to see if your missing anything

Prelude looks good, probably have less fun with things not going wrong with it [emoji3]. What's happening with the Corrado then? Is that still at the garage having the work done or is all that on hold for now

Post a picture of the coilovers, I might have a c spanner in the garage you could borrow.

I'm going to have to join you guys next time you meet up.

Not had to do this my self yet. But there are 2 pipes which are attached inside of the engine bay on the firewall, the other of this goes to the matrix. Just get bit of joining pipe, and connect them together. Also try goolgeing, as its been done loads of time before for when the matrix leaks and you need to carry on using the car. http://the-corrado.net/showthread.php?t=28779

Couldn't you try bypassing the hater matrix, and see if it stops misting up. Just to eliminate the matrix.

Its funny because its true.

Welldone for getting it sorted. Sometimes reading on the net to much, can make you feel its going to be more serious then it actually is.

You could take it to your local Kwik fit, for a oil and filter change. Just take your own oil filter down, and tell them to put some semi synthetic 10W/40 oil in it and not the fully synthetic stuff. The Kwik fit on legrams lane are decent enough guys. Shouldn't cost you more the 30/40. I also know really good welder, so PM if you want his details.

Been to the RR sessions before when I was a more active member in the VR6OC. But think I've grown out how fast will my car go, then getting worried because it didn't make stock figures. LOL and that fact it's a bit of treak. Might pop down to the spring dub, as it's not really far. Will have do depend on the weather at the time. Thanks for the heads up Tobz.

Any member going to, or been to this show before? http://www.springdub.co.uk/ Thinking of making it my first show for this year, and was hoping some of the corrado members would be going. Would also be nice to have a clubsatnd if we could get some members together.

Looks like its going to need a bit of TLC, time and money to bring up to spec. But that why bought it ;-)

Chris Umplbey are good, use take my VR to him back in the day for servicing and general repairs. Don't think they will do any thing like the chains though. They are just to busy with everyday stuff. And its true what Jim says, most of us are on all the forums you've mentioned and all are great forums with vast amount of knowledge available on tap. I'm definitely up for a local meet soon as all the salt has gone from the roads.
