Anyone tell me how you get the black plastic trim that runs down the side of the screen off? Do they just pull or are they bonded?

Great mod. I was looking at doing a similar thing with a Sharan cup holder but this looks much neater. I've got a rear ashtray cup holder and it's pretty much useless for me, I use it as an air freshener holder.

Yeah I've done it using a DEI relay. Was a piece of **** to do but the relay was quite expensive if I remember correctly. The only downside/niggle is once you press the button you have to wait for it to do its cycle before you can stop it/close it...

I measured them all up and worked out the cost of buying the clamps individually - worked out cheaper to just buy Roose Motorsports kit in the end

As above there's a couple of take offs on the brake servo non return valve. Word of advice though - be gentle with the caps as they go brittle and added to the fact they've probably never been off, you run the risk of snapping the take off. Ask me how I found that out :( :lol:

There's no way you're getting 50bhp from a remap on a na engine mate, 10 is a more realistic figure. You would definitely notice the increase, whether it's actual or psychological you would convince yourself it's improved

I had a nightmare bleeding my brakes but took the advice I got from John at JMR which was just drive it (carefully) and it did sort them out. What I did notice the last time was when I released the air on the Eezi Bleed to refill the brake fluid in the reservoir, it put loads of tiny bubbles into the fluid and I'm not sure if that was one of the causes of my headaches
