You can buy sump plugs already tapped 10mm x 1mm off the shelf http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/m.html?_odkw=sump+plug+10+x+11&item=371117125893&pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&_osacat=0&_from=R40&hash=item56684df105&_ssn=jjcraceandrally&_from=R40&_trksid=p2046732.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.H0.Xsump+plug+10+x+1&_nkw=sump+plug+10+x+1&_sacat=0 I had on my MK2 with VDO gauge set up

Corrado VR6 front brake calipers, carriers, disks and pads
Dox replied to andygal's topic in Parts for Sale
The callipers can be also used to take a n 8V or 16V to g60 spec 280mm by using your callipers and carriers from the VR6 and 4 x 100mm 280mm disks. Pics would help with the sale HTH GLWS -

Is wheel envy a bad thing? -
And vr6 guitars
-
It might help then if you say where you are?
-
There's 2 different greens, dragon green and classic green for the VR6, you'll need to find the paint code from the sticker in the boot, 4 digits, LC## - LC then 2 other digits. VR6s have late wings and bonnets, wider wings and a humped bonnet, you'll struggle to buy wings in good condition in the correct colour TBH.

I had a easibleed 10 years ago, the seal displaced and put a full container of fluid all over the bulkhead and garage floor, it went in the bin. I've used the above 6 or 7 times on VAG motors with no issues what so ever.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SEALEY-VS820-BRAKE-AND-CLUTCH-BLEEDING-SYSTEM-TOOL-/360994784441?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item540cf744b9 Pressure bleeding is the way forward, I wouldn't be without mine, the above is the cheapest delivered on ebay
-
If air has entered the master cylinder you need to bleed all 4 corners not just the rears, clamp open the brake compensator on the rear axle to allow full pressure to purge out any air in the system

Hi, paid for the loom and bought the crank sensor too, if you want extra for postage please let me know. Thanks
-
PM me your paypal address please
-
Looks fine to me, 2nd dibs on the throttle body should fla decide he doesn't want it. I think the inlet manifold you have is a 2.8, not 2.9 as stated in the ad, it might be worth googling the part number?
-
Sounds good
-
I'll take the loom if you will split with fla and myself?
-
The 3 ratchets alone are worth the £60, its metric only so you're not buying stuff you'll never use. I've already reserved mine :)

I've just noticed my donator status has gone, any idea why?

Have you taken the glove box out?

Bilstein B12 suspension kit for VR6 - No Longer Available
Dox replied to clumpy1's topic in Parts for Sale
53i (on the spring box) is late wide track isn't it? Front dampers listed as VR6 92-94 http://www.tdotperformance.ca/bilstein-35-043928-36mm-monotube-strut-assembly-b8-sp.html Rear dampers are all the same anyway So the kit is suitable for VR6s
