  1. could be a cable come loose /broken idealy need to look at the gearchange tower in the engine bay and under the gearstick gaitor to see whats going on

  3. at one time mercedes inj were cheap on ebay not sure if they still are if money is tight try a ultrasonic cleaning bath , you can get those cheap

    id say theyre not know to have serious cold problems , althought would be nice to test it from cold would be blue temp sender or tappets playing up , or maybe a puff of smoke on a high miler watch out for 2nd gear crunch too

  8. agreed on the mt90 , you will almost always notice a nice improvement
  9. its a known problem for the crank bolt to shear , turn you wheels and have a look

  13. i had some very bad customer service from jabba 10 years ago , i think thier failing attitudes are what helped gwerks get popular back then and now theyve gone the same way jabba was a victim of its own success , at first it was just mike doing all the work himself and seeing people right all the way , then they got too busy and iirc employed his brother inlaw /family to help , he was the most pig ignorant bad customer service person ever and the reason i wont return , they also seemed to shove gladers to the back as at the time 20vt were getting popular and g60 didnt matter anymore , but the word travels and you have to remember a pee'd off g60 owner might be in the latest car nest year and youve lost another potential customer anyway , ive bad mouthed them at every opertunity sinse and hopefully cost them more than they ripped me off for in lost custom as for gwerks ...says it all that no one can be bothered to respond or make an excuse like we dont matter , there was a time gwerks posted on the forums daily and would try and help a g60 owner in trouble

  15. ive heard some shocking tales latley that i cant repeat atm , darren its a shame you let it slip like this there was a time when anyone you spoke to would send a g60 owner your way , i dont think thats the case now
  16. you say new ecu...assuming it was a used part have you opened it to see if it had been chipped ? also theres a few differant injectors used amongst g60s , so you might have the wrong chip for your car

  18. zinc lol youd do the whole lot in ss for that ,stuff like m6 flange get a bag off ebay and the random ones from http://www.westfieldfasteners.co.uk/ or your local nut n bolt place and yeah be carefull with brakes /suspension ones as ss isnt strong enough

    you can pour it in ..just get a length of hose and poke it in the filler then use a funnel

  24. suspension bushes can be a pain oil n filter , spark plugs are a nice easy one
