Foglights?

You'll probably get more answers if you post that question in the 'engine bay' section on here... sweet C btw 8)
-
Yeah I'd put money on the calliper being at fault - not uncommon at all tbh...
-
There's a big thread on http://www.seatcupra.net in the mk1 Leon section about that company, poor quality of products and poor service... I haven't had any experience of them myself but thought that might be worth pointing out to anyone thinking of dealing with them - I'll try to dig the thread up later if I remember...

thats quite frankly bloody rediculas!(my other half is mocking me for saying 'quite frankly') It should have been obvious from the begining that they didn't make the wheels for you car as they were 5x110 and not the 5x108 as your car requires... so basicly after 7 weeks they told you what they had told you in week 1  Also, I hate the throught of holding a wheel on each corner of my car with wobbly bolts  I'd be seeking compensation from them tbh!

Stunning work as normal Nath! My company install those taps with our integrated technology systems and we have one in the showroom kitchen too... You really should pop in at some point for that chat I suggested ;)

Want a Corrado with PINK wheels? Thought not...
Phil K replied to diamondblack's topic in General Car Chat
You may want to go blind first matey  -
No complaints with my 1.8T BAM engine (fitted in the later 225 Cupra R's) and it RR'd 224.4hp recently at SRR running on BP Ultishidt so all is healthy too... I get a good 30mpg to and from work and it's been plenty quick enough for the last 6 months and 18K miles although I will be getting a re-map soon as it can't hurt to have a little more can it? Anyone had any experience of AMD re-maps with a BAM engine? (I know they have ceased trading before anyone points that out for me ;) )

Corrados and wet corners and hedges don't mix!
Phil K replied to Owen VR6's topic in General Car Chat
Glad you're OK mate... there's plenty more C's to go round so am sure you'll find another sooner or later! You could have asked the Recovery guy if he minded not taking a poo when you were trying to get that second pic though  -
How about some nice italics and maybe even a slogan accross the bottom like ''on a mission init''... you could even get some nice faint VW logos printed in the background
-
TBH I'm not keen on german plates on the C - look good on other dubs like Golfs etc but don't work that well on the Coupe shape... also, aren't they a bit too 'scene' for you Jon? ;)
-
for men only - a different foto shooting (NSFW!)

Am seriously loving this C... first time I've felt like maybe I should own another some day! 8) -
pmsl... but it's got lexus lights, tints and everything init
-
Looking at it in the pics on autotrader you can almost tell it was owned by a tw@ Best of luck getting it sorted though - your mate obviously doesn't appreciate your help or care about his own life all that much... who needs enemies?
-
Second shot down is corrosion mate - its the rim in the third pic down that suffered unaviodable curb damage (or so I'm told ) They'll get a refurb over the winter and now that I'm not going to be taking it to any of the shows this year I really don't care all that much - wheels may also be on another car by next summer...
-
Just been and grabbed a few more pics for you - hope that helps 8)

IIRC you need to push them forwards (toward the front of the car) and lever out the trailing edge... can be a bit tricky but never had a problem myself!
