    Fair enough - I don't know the ins and outs of doing it but my C originaly had a KR bottom end when I bought it and I only found out further down the line when I had to change it again and VW wouldn't let me have the sur-charge back on the new 9A lump as it wasn't like for like :( If the company you bought it from sent the wrong one then surely it's up to them to arrange collection and put this right? Got to be worth a call?

    It is possible but surely if they sent the wrong engine then you can send it back and have the right one sent out to you?

    dragster C is cool IMO and the owner has posted on here in the past.. the gold one underneath doesn't look that bad either (ok apart from the gay rear bumper diffuser type abortion) and that last yellow one is a photochop based on the Seat Leon - as for the rest, yeah they are pretty poor... :lol:

    Think that must be from the 210bhp (early) version as the 225bhp has the BAM engine code... Have a read on http://www.seatcupra.net and check out the mk1 forum for tuning tips and advice 8)
