Didn't realise they are re-mapped when you send them away! Not bad value then really! But they don't let you run DBW do they???

I could have sorted you a Plug and Play loom for 1/2 the price of Qpeng! Anyway, ditch the crappy Std Cooler as they are pants! I'm running a custom FMIC and on awesome's rollers it produced 195bhp!!!! Not bad for a Filter and Cooler :)

It may be only 15 miles, but its in Wandsworth on a massive one-way system on the south circular. For those of you who don't know,that means traffic jams and hugely complicated 5 lane madness. And Lord only knows where you'd park! But it is beautiful to see all those cars on display as you crawl past. 8) Probably worth it just for that. Walkers Garage in South Otterington, Northallerton is 15mile from my house! :D

I tried that, worked and sounded good, but you can drill the wing side of the airbox if you decide you want more induction growl! Ended up doing that on mine, sounded frickin' awesome!

It's not difficult to utilise the DBW throttle and std management! Thats what mine is using. You would have to fabricate a mounting plate for the pedal but that isn't too difficult! Seems daft to spend extra cash on a Stand alone ECU and a cable throttlebody when you could use the cash for a remap or a custom FMIC! The guy who did my loom can make you a plug and play one, cost you roughly £450, thats with the ECU de-transponded aswell! He can even wire it so it uses your existing clocks! (You do need a Jabba Sport Gadget for this to work about £50) You don't need to change the pedal box as you already have a hydraulic clutch, and you can use the 1.8T box by simply changing the output flanges for MK4 110TDi ones! Thats how mine has been done and it looks very factory! PM me if you want the loom guys number! HTH Steve.
