It depends on what version of SNS you are running, if you have a new one, v5.5 I think, the standard FPR is fine, if not then a 3.5 is needed Not sure what the point of an adjustable one is unless you are constantly changing the cars map / tuning etc

Did you clear the codes?? - I would and see what returns and maybe change the TPS (not to expensive) My mate had the Idle adaption come up, spoke to Vince about it but he says it could be casued as a result of other faults so best o fix everything else first and hope it cures that as well... The last one - I think this is a result of the first one, the TPS stuck on, also check out your ECU relay.

Or you can buy a vw sump gasket / baffle in one...

Yep, they're from Sniff Petrol.com -
All Corrado's have a Karmann interior as they were built by Karmann! Sounds like the charger needs doing asap so budget £500 for this and get it booked into G-werks as soon as you can for a health check if you buy it...
-
You've probably melted the rear pads and discs but the travel on the pedal sounds like a fault servo or master cyl - also check vacuum pipes!

-
Yeah - Nelson Wilbury was going to see if any dealers had stock left but couldn't find the part number as it's not on ETKA carlo, could you send him a private message with the part numbers?? I'm sure he'll give you first dibs if there are any left!

Not sure the best way to test but what I do know is that the Hot-wire type MAF's can be damaged by K&N filter oil (if an old filter is cleaned and too much new oil applied) and also that some badly fitted alarms can case the clean not to activate after the engine is switched off...

Yeah, brake hoses are just wear items... I take it they did the other side before and now 2 months later the other side needs doing (unsuprising really as they will both be the same age) Its like things like shocks, wheel bearings etc, you may as well get them done in pairs

G60 brakes are the same as VR6's, non ABS car brakes do feel better but i'd rather have the ABS, despite technically you car shouldn't pass the MOT if the ABS is not working! - just fix the sensor, the front ones are only £25... What discs and pads are you using?
-
I did, sorry for not replying, just busy trying to sort mine out... The earth was originally from the top right of the rocker cover to the coil but there was a recall and it should have been changed to the throttle body from the ocker cover...
-
240 to fine!?! I would have thought you'd want to go up to 800 grit at least to get a fine finish...
-
Hmmm.... yours looks alot closer to the boost pipe than mine for some reason grim!
-
Join the club!! Not sure what wire you mean, pic would help...
-
You should have a black and a grey or white connector (2x2) You just need to buy a converter lead, usually about £40
-
I thought all the 16's got 2 pumps, onlu the VR6's and the 8v's got the revised unit?
-
Here you go...
-
GSF sell the Pierburg pumps and they come with the strainer as well, £20
-
The early G60's used the lift pump with external pump under car setup...
-
I think the leads have 5K Ohm resistors built into them? - maybe worth testing...
-
And check the Cambelt
-
Should be 650 +/- 50 I think so yours is correct
-
Is that a new pipe that came with the kit?? - mine just runs straight over the gear linkage to atmosphere...
