What dampers and springs did you use?? - not really alot you can do with the back unless you have the adjustable spring seats like on the Koni sport dampers....
-
Yep, the G60 units are all in one, only the VR's have seperate bearings...
-
Which Koni front TA dampers fit a 1990 1.8 16v?

I think the Koni website cross-references the parts with different age cars -
Chris, you need to untick the box at the bottom of the window to allow you to put http in.

'Where's Willy'

We should rename this thread 'Where's Willbury!' - Thats 2 pictures he pops up in...

Yeah, VAG seem to be the only place to get them although someone mentioned that a 3 series BMW one from Halfords is a good (but not exact) fit? - maybe blue tinted too!
-
Yeah, agree with Kev, although mine has just enough room to pull the light unit forward before disconnecting but could do with the battery lengths being longer as it would be nice to be able to mount the relays with the ones for the fan run-on up near the expansion tank. Yeah, it is a problem, Kev has some 'plumbers putty?' on his that seems to do the trick but I can't seem to find it in B&Q etc?? Gav - how about doing me and Kev a part exchange on our looms for slightly longer ones to our spec maybe with the OE plugs as well (I may be able to source these)

Yep, RM's were not standard on Corrado G60's but were offered as an optional extra, I think the standard ones were RA's... http://www.oxfordshirevwoc.co.uk/wtrwheels.htm

Yep, as Kev says... I spoke to Vince last week was I was up there and he's getting alot more work done with not having to answer the phone all the time but still gets alot of people just asking for Vince, he doesn't mind at all if its a technical issue but if its just to get a price or book your self in then speak to the other dude. -
Very disapointing. Your slipping Kev

Exhausts unlimited's prices aren't cheap, VAG exhausts are usually cheaper (from VW or GSF) and last twice as long...
-
I bet her husband loves driving that!
-
It's a sealed unit, get a new one asap, the last thing you want to do is run a G60 lean!
-
One word.... (or not as the case may be).... 'TXT'
-
Pretty sure mine does both - not sure about the eBay ones tho...
-
Nope - deffinetly a problem there!!
-
erm... you shouldn't need to hold the switch towards you for the beams, they should click on and click off when the engine is running...
-
Hmmm... still not sure how a faulty expansion tank could let oil in?? - Has the heat exchanger been changed also? - I would insist they fully drain/flush and refill the system again when they fit the new tank

Halfords for the warning triangle, Tesco for the first aid kit.
-
And remember... A Loom is not just for Christmas...
-
VW still sell them - about £6 I think... Yours has been modified with a push button.. probably because the ignition switch broke!

Worth soaking in PlusGas overnight...
