Not good at all! i wonder if anyone else on here has had a similar experience with samco's? the samco site says they have lifetime gaurentee as long as you have the original receipt for the purchase - jim did you get that with them? might be worth contacting them & see what they say -

Im not sure about the Roose hoses on this thread. I do know there were a few of us that were interested in http://the-corrado.net/showthread.php?79256-Corrado-SAMCO-HOSE-KITS-20-30-anyone/page3&highlight=samco but the person who was organising it couldnt wait i am still keen for some silicon hoses - be it samco or roose Jim - maybe we can organise our own buy.....& hopefully get a good deal? -

Welcome m8 & good hunting :D

Why thank you Kev :) The main factor that got to me the other day was the way the petrol price goes up so regularly but never seems to reduce by anywhere near the same frequency or similar amounts. It also seems that once the price per litre broke the £1.00 mark then the country just bent over & took any further increases :(

When i changed my VR6 radiator i jacked up each side, as if changing a wheel, put each side at the front on axle stands & then raise the jack under the engine until it rests on it. the engine shouldnt move with the jack not there but it is always good to take a little caution

Ha ha a couple of my friends do that to me too!!! lol

I am sick & tired of each visit to my local shell petrol station resulting in yet another increase in petrol cost!!!! 2 weeks ago the price for vpower was £1.44.9 Last week the price for vpower was £146.9 today the price is now at £148.9 when i was younger, im 36, the price of petrol very rarely used to go up or down - now its like they change it whenever they feel like it!!!! I brought my VR6 4 years ago nearly to the day & it was £0.99.9 wages never go up but they government expect us to cope with a 50% rise in petrol cost alone......never mind the increases in food, gas, water, electric etc etc etc we need a modern day guy fawkes & revolt on these robbing MP's!! ;) GRRRRRRRRR rant over, my apologies i needed to vent
