oh, so funny... -
bwuahahahahahahah! you can never escape... :norty:
-
I don't consider it modding - I think of it more as "personalising"!
-
motion carried! gotta love TG, yup, it is just pure motoring escapism...
-
It's alright, but come on, it's a bit understated isn't it? Took me ages to spot that it wasn't standard... ;)
-
ouch mate! at least you're ok though...
-
He only said slightly bigger, which a Polo is!
-
yup, tamper-proof paint...
-
Polo GTi
-
yup, use one of these for bleeding brakes - soooo easy... :)
-
not really the biggest fan of either - tbh, fat 5-spokes look best, but then that's what everyone's got! so tough to be individual but still find something to suit...
-
hmmm, sis's C failed on n/s caliper not working on handbrake (tho pretty sure it's the cable) and seized compensator - guess what I'm doing Sunday!
-
Yeah, Jay Renshaw (and Ben Radford i think) used to run a mk2 golf big bumper splitter...
-
Jim, you know you want to stretch your finances and buy Laura's valver... ;)
-
Lead filling is what the hot rod guys in the States use for flushing and filling, rather than use 3" think body filler - it's a lot harder to do, but it's better as you're using metal to fill indentations...
-
Sub installed...........and room for the shopping!

Or you could make a few more and sell them! seeing as the Audioscape one is £180, I'd be happy to buy one off you if they'd be considerably less...? ;) looks good mate! -
one that's slightly confused...? ;)
-
slide the cover panel back from inside and you should be able to see two torx screws on each side, just below the glass panel. loosen, adjust, tighten!
-
the actual panel is held to the mech with four torx bolts that can be loosened to allow adjustment of the height of the panel - tilt the sunroof and you'll see two either side.
-
Blame me...?! I certainly don't have a wheel problem... ;) Looking good though Nicky-boy...
-
I've been doing some researching and have heard of this stuff called "Fade-Away" - it comes in a can apparently, and I think it's made by either DuPont or PPG, and from what I've read it allows you to blend clearcoat by misting it over the blend area, and it kind of melts the old clearcoat into the new... anyone else heard of it?
-
sheesh, glad to hear all is stable mate, hope things improve from here on...
-
mind you, both the handbrake actuating arms were shot on my sis's rear calipers - replaced them both with calipers off a broken VR and joy, handbrake again! apparently std calipers are only £35 or so for the pair, exchange from gsf...
-
well, yeah, dependent on the offset of the wheels, of course... ;)
