im after a bonnet bra, just the bit that goes on the front of the bonnet itsself - not the whole front end. as mr Stone0311 pointed out it looks checper to get the whole lot from the states (about £50) as this link http://www.autobra.co.uk/shop/product_i ... cts_id/128 wants £65 just for the bonnet part!! SO any one know a good place to get one of these? :D cheers

my lights arnt that bad but could do with a freshen up so im trying a product from http://www.frost.co.uk called almost chrome its 30 percent reflective as a glass mirror and is meant to be good for headlight reflectors. ill let you know how it goes in a few weeks -
Well i wont know for a few weeks now - been let down on the wiper front - cant trust anyone these days  in fact i may just go to vw and see if they stock them and give it a try. so gonna chase it up anyway so i will post back when i find another set!

I should be getting a set of normal luop wiper arms tomorrow - as in non gti. ill let you know if the work (really not sure if they will so its a bit of an experiment).. - £20 from a scrappy is not bad and gives the option of normal wiper blades...
-
i had one, good bit of kit, justr make sure you clean it out after every use or the tube goes merky.

I think that they are allthe same, based on the engine number (so i was told by ECP) the one i got from them fitted fine and has stoped all the leaking anyway...

Hope you guys can help. 8) My dads car was resprayed (before he got it) and it is a really good job except they didnt take the hard top off to do it (so it would seam, maybe they didnt know how cos its not easy  ). so when you remove the hard top there is a bit of over spray at the back that has got a bit dirty. It is in sight when you have the roof off or the soft top up etc. Would g10 buff it out a bit followed by some polish and wax? Im not looking for perfection on it just to make it a bit better for the odd day the hard top is off or the even more odd dry day it comes out of the garage. p.s the car is a metallic colour if it matters

on the same side as the batt irrc. check the wires, one of mine had snaped and reconecting it sorted the prob.
-
you need the carriers mainly, 16v callipers will fit on to g60 carriers if you want but you have to shorten the sliders by 2mm (on the hex side).
-
the front wont as the subframe is to wide. it can be done however, or you can use your corrado frames and weld them on or kinda make a hybrid out of c frames and mk3 backs, there is a how to on the cgti site i think. However being recaros may complicate matters. how tall are you. backs i have no idea sorry :-)

you can 're code' the barrel yourself, takes a while but doable - i have done it. it just a case of re sorting the tabs to match the key or you can take both apart and note the numbers and order of the good barrel tabs and put the other in that order. :D edit: all locks should be the same. you could allways try the abve for that to

Oversteer in the wet - characteristic or damping?
sciroccotune replied to G60 Bob's topic in Drivetrain
 But I do mean it cos i do think people don’t treat wet roads as they should. you really cant drive like you do in the dry, especially when you have a low, wide, car with wide flat tyres - maybe im just shocked after my aqua planin this evening  edit: im not targeting you with that statement G60 Bob :D -
Oversteer in the wet - characteristic or damping?
sciroccotune replied to G60 Bob's topic in Drivetrain
TBH it happens with my car and im running eagle f1 (the newest tread) the corrado just seems to be a bit like that. also could just be that bit of road, have you only just lowered it? The new stance could be unsuited to the road etc. if it was tonight there was lots of water up our way, so much so that i had a scary moment on the motorway on the way home a few moments ago. I remember kev talking about the rear koni set to hard making him spin out so maybe have a play, i just have mine at 0 turns. You could always try switching your wheels front to back and see if you like the feel better? just be carefull, wet is bad -
thats the first corrado i have seen and liked the fact that the bump strips are removed. cool :-)

Some info. please - Corrado 2.0l 16v
sciroccotune replied to Blazing Storm's topic in General Car Chat
some say it is some say otherwise (like me). the diff is meant to be down to the cat sapping a bit of topend power but then again the 2l has mor mid range. having driven both i say that the diff is not something that could be noticed and the 2l wins on driveablity due to its better mid range. Unless you like cars that are very perky and all up top (a kr camed 2l will be faster that the 1.8 deffo) -
flippin heck Chris! now i do feel bad, i thourght phat was kidding! Get well soon mate!!!!! :D
