1. I forgot to add this loom is brand new and unused. It's exactly the same loom that was been sold on here
2. Hi, I'm selling my headlight loom that I recently purchased from seanrodford. Reason been, that I hardly use my Corrado in the dark, and I kind of like the candle glow of the headlights. The loom is very professionally made, and comes with a spare relay. You will need to attach the plug for the drivers side headlight, this has been left off deliberately so you can route the cable through the chassis leg. I'm wanting what I paid for it, which is £65 posted. I'm sure Sean, will provide any help to the new owner for fitting.

Fuel leak woes

Can you not measure the o-ring size with a vernier calliper or something. Then have a look on eBay or the net. What's the part number?
4. That is correct Chris, if you short the sender wire to ground it will go back to 0 on the gauge
5. Got me self a new daily motor. It's my first oil burner, and it's not bad at all. It's a big step up from my polo 6n [emoji1]. It's a great little car very peppy, with 130bhp engine and 6 speed gearbox. Got few niggles that need sorting, hence joining the seat forum. First major problem is trying to fix the coolant leak. Which is coming from the pipes inside the engine bay, that are attached to the heater matrix. Just hope I don't loose focus on the G60 [emoji51]
6. I'll have mine through the chassis leg, please. I'll send you a PM regarding payments
7. You can rule the ignition switch out, by pulling the plug out of back of the ignition switch. Then jumpering the wires. Guide bellow http://www.corrado-club.ca/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4687
8. Have you got an aftermarket alarm?
9. Try disconnecting the blue temp sensor. I had this on my polo recently, had spark and could here the fuel pump running. But wouldn't start at all. Disconnected the temp sensor and it fired up straight away. Had me puzzled for hours.
10. Can you put my name down for one, if there any still left out of the 10.
11. According to the part number its the same for both early and late grills. Also the the VW badge is not corrado specific, I know the VW Polo upto around 98 and the Golf Mk3 are the same part numbers.
12. What model is it? Changing the belt on a VR are quite easy to do, i would be more concerned on the reason it snapped in the first place. Maybe a seized pulley or water pump?
13. That was a good way of sprucing up the badges, just need to find the supplier now.

Oils

I've always 10/40 from the dealers, whilst my mate could supply the oil to me at trade price. But as I can't get the oil off him anymore, I'll be most likely switching to the Shell Helix stuff for the next oil change.
15. Probably best using a multimeter and seeing which one of the power rails is missing, and looking at one fault at a time. Don't think there will be one definite answer to what the problem is.
16. I'm hoping to pop down on the Sunday, but will most likely be parked in the general car park. Has CCGB got a club stand? Probably a bit late now anyway
17. Finally fitted one of dave16, short shifter kit and loving the gear change even more now. So crisp and precise Before down shift After down shift Before up shift After up shift
18. Just used APC, Tardis, and normal car shampoo with various brushes to clean. Then waxed with 2 coats of Collonite.
19. You can order part number 191 145 826 B from VW heritage, if its the right part number for your car.
20. If you do contact them in getting a run made, you can put my name down for a pair. Also if you can get them to change the colour of the LED from yellow to green even better. Good luck with your search otherwise.
21. I see your probably not to far from me, so if you need a looking at it let me know.
22. http://the-corrado.net/showthread.php?t=91750 Have a look at this thread, it's what to check,
