Heaters ok? Can you see water returning to the expansion tank through the small return pipe?

Twilight Violet VR6, grey leather interior, body a bit rough but I have 2 wings and 2 doors in the correct colour, as yet unfitted. Goes very well, clutch done a couple of years ago, brakes too, only done 5000ish miles since. Everything works except sunroof motor, replacement here too. Fairly sure the chains/tensioners were done by previous owner, paperwork here(in a box somewhere). Could come on speedlines, solitudes. Mot'd until October , currently SORN'd.....needs drivers sued wheel bearing(got it here) and front engine mount seems to have a little movement?(Vibratechnics) Not really knowing anything about the condition of yours it's hard to say if I would need/want to offer anything on top? :)

Not nice to watch, hanging over the edge of a building by your fingertips, great fun I guess

There is a body shop in the south side called Touch Ups, never used them myself but they get a lot of good feedback on Scotvag. If you register on there you'll be able to see some of their work. Another Glasgow Corrado :)

So? Don't keep us hanging? What was it?
-
Yea, spotted that too, loonies

If it's just at the clip, you might have enough play in the pipe to take a small trim off of it, as a temp fix, until you source another . I can't see the pic either :)

This is a year and a half old thread mate, I just revived it to see if I can find the rubber insert :) -
Maybe worth a look on the Scotvag site. http://www.scottishvag.net/viewforum.php?f=207 You up here living now? Or just want a car from here
-
What scrapyard is it you visit Michael? Or are you keeping that one to yourself  , only asking as i never seem to find a corrado in one :)

As Jim says, it's more than likely it's the isv as it's a very common problem. Firstly though you need to get the bonnet open as without seeing it could be anything and just because you haven't been under there doesn't mean something hasn't come loose

Worth checking if the 2 small pipes that go from the metering head to the throttle body(or thereabouts) are connected........i remember my old valver not being well and this was the problem. Well one of them lol Also check the plug and wiring around the throttle potentiometer(throttle position switch)

What colour of coolant reservoir lid do you have?
-
How is the heating inside the car? My old valver started overheating and on short journeys too. Turned out the water pump had failed, the blades had all sheared off

Not sure if it would cause similar problems to yours, but my release fork snapped, and I remember at the time other people had had the same issue? Worth checking it if you're taking the box off anyway.
