  1. Spoonfed are looking to make carbon or poss fibreglass ones, have a look for them in the suppliers section.
  2. Small update- Been having a few emails going between the factory and myself this week, 8 hours diff really mucks up a speedy dialogue! Basically the figures are nearly there, just a little up in the air due to exact shipping, import duties and VAT but I reckon we could be looking at a posted out to you guys price of £21-23. If the costs involved to me work out to less than I'm expecting, then the price to you all will be less. I'd be confident that £23 would be absolute maximum. Please give me lots of feedback as I want to be able to make this work for everyone. If people were expecting a £30-40 price then its a nice surprise, if you were expecting a tenner, then that would never be viable. Cheers guys. ---------- Post added at 08:58 AM ---------- Previous post was at 08:45 AM ---------- Oh forgot to say, would it be worth a mod moving this into the Suppliers section or maybe the Forum group buy section?
  3. I'm good thanks mate, even better now I've been for a lift in Chris's lovely VR. I have to say it pulls better than mine, those cams and remap do make a noticeable difference. A great drive with the H&R coilovers, a nice improvement IMO. Hmmm.......I've got lots of work to do!
  4. Of course you can mate, last thurs of each month at the Tenn Torrs pub, Kingsteignton.
  5. You reckon? :bonk::cuckoo:
  6. I have seen a lhd centre console with a double din built into it from the factory and using the mk4 round headlight switch. But thats a bit pricy. The details about the particular company show they make electrical parts for most of the German makes.
  7. As we all know, the original switches are getting somewhat fragile by now to put it mildly. There either seems to be zero dealer stock or if there are any about, they are at very inflated prices. I've been doing a bit of research on this and there are new switches being made in China to OE look and spec. Has anyone had any experience of them? There would be a fair size minimum order but I wondered what sort of interest in buying them there would be and the kind of price that would be acceptable to people. Have to see if its even viable to do yet. Please give your thoughts and feedback, hopefully make it happen to assist with this known Corrado frailty. Cheers everyone, Matt.

    pathetic bits

Mr Lobitos Waiting to send your glovebox out fella. Just need the old Paypal bit sorting by your mate.
  9. Sorn the Corrado for the time you have the M3 and enjoy!
  10. We've started to have our veg delivered by a local farm shop. All organic and I thought it was a little on the pricy side but when it arrived, there was a big cardboard box full to the brim and so tasty. It also means I've not been to our local Sainsburys for over 3 weeks now. Only need to pick up tins and bits and bobs to go with the veg, we are saving loads compared to before. ---------- Post added at 11:43 PM ---------- Previous post was at 11:42 PM ---------- Ok I'll come back now!!!
  11. Supermarkets are clever in the promotions they do, its not until you break down the offer to see its not too generous. But the headline 10p per litre gets people hooked into the idea its good to spend the £60 where they might not need to, to do their weekly shop. Have to remember the supermarkets are not our friends, they want to make as much profit as possible from all of us which they do very well.
  12. Yeah I would agree about the choice of use of £4k, if yours is not needing paint, why spend out on it.
  13. Spend as much time as you can spare on doing research about them, could save you a lot of time and money when it comes to the purchase, best of luck.
  14. Are you thinking yours is darker than this one then Kev? Your sig pic looks slightly darker but not a bad colour still :shades:
  15. A good write up on progress so far, surprised to read you had so many problems with TPS. I've dealt with TPS Exeter for a while now and they are awesome to me. Shame they aren't all the same then. I don't think you paid too high a price for it, just think you would need to take care of bits on any car you buy secondhand. Look forward to reading about further developments.
  16. She looked good in the studio :luvlove:

Looks good, are you from across the pond? Are there many 24v's over there? Let us know how the build went and welcome.

I've got one Karl, Say £13 posted? Is everything on that car knackered? I've known that car for a while whilst Nath had it, didn't seem to have so many problems on it then. Or did they just not get looked at!

Got a glovebox in black, say £18 posted? The blue clips are still available from the dealers I'm sure, again their pennies. IIRC they are 40 something pence.
  21. The mk4's are great for the handbrake, I discovered my brake regulator was knackered once we changed the rear brakes. My bleeding took ages, don't know if it had anything to do with the regulator.
  22. Wow thanks for that info, £60 compared to £180. Thats the sort of savings I like  Glad to know its the right item to get fitted.
  23. Amazing how some people sell their cars then, would think they would be keen to help out.
