You can tell there are many shared design elements that have somehow been passed along James.. I always loved the back of the Corrado because it reminded me so much of the DeLorean :)

Well basically if I haven't sold the Saxo then I will come down in that. If I have managed to sell the Saxo, then i'll either try and get a lift with a mate and see if I can get them to come along for the day, or I will try and borrow a car off one of them. One mate of mine has bought a great little 1.4 16v Corsa for his wife, but she can't actually drive yet (still learning) so its just sitting on their drive.. if I ask nicely and offer to fill it with petrol and wash it or something, he might let me borrow it. We'll see.. but I will definately be there one way or another :)

Knowing that Darren does G-Lader rebuilds at such sensible prices means that I think I can include G60's in my Corrado hunt whenever it is I get on the case. Darren - what is your current waiting list / turnover like? I heard stories of places like Jabbasport with huge queues to try and get G-Laders rebuilt?

Its quite fiddly unless you really know what you are doing - you need to have a video capture card installed in your PC, or in fact a TV card would probably have the connections you need to do it. Then you need some decent software like Adobe Premiere or similar to capture the bits you want, and to trim off the bits you dont.

No Chris.. i'm saving my CF stickers for when I get a Corrado mate :) As for Woburn.. still not sure how I am going to get there IF I manage to sell the car... no interest in the car as yet, but it goes into the Autotrader mag on Thursday. So we'll see.. i'd like to sell the Saxo ASAP. If I do sell the car, then I might go begging to a few friends to either come to the show with me, or to loan me a car or something. I'll be sure to post to let people know what car to look out for though as I am going to try my very best to get there regardless of whether I own a car or not at the time :)

I'll be taking my digital camera chaps so I will get a whole bunch of pictures for the forum :) I'd get some for the CCGB as well, but with Jeremy Bromley & John Munyard there, i'm sure the picture side will be totally covered :D

Yeah.. think long and hard before you do it insurance wise. It'll cost you dear in the long run! It might be better to just save up for a month or so and then get it sorted.

Chris... well the problem is if I do sell the Saxo, then I wont be going to the CCGB day! I only just realised this after putting the ad up on their website. My folks are away on holiday for two weeks in a week or so's time, so i'll have no other car to borrow nor will I have transport to get myself out and looking for a Corrado in time. I'd love to convince my Clio 172 owning mate go with me if I do manage to sell my car but I doubt he'd be interested.. i'll let you all know nearer the day whats going on though.

Well this is the thing.. I wouldn't mind a chance to try out the other C's to see where I wanna go. Always wanted to go in a G60 to see if you really can hear the supercharger whistling away over the top of the engine - and to see how much power they offer over the 16v's! I'll have to ask a few people nicely at the CCGB day at the end of the month ;)

Wonder how easy it'd be / how expensive it'd be to get a trim shop to clone it? :) I like the campaign interior because of the fact its a bit too much for some people, but that it gains instant recognition with most Corrado enthusiasts..
