It was bought by either Tricky or Trippy on here - sorry can't remember which one... either way, one of them buys C then sells them back to us for more money and the other buys C's pulls them apart and sells the parts... or am I just confused :roll: There was a long thread about wether it should be broken or not (general feeling was that it shouldn't)

finding the right wheels for the C is always going to be a tough choice as many wheels that I consider to be nice just don't quite look right on the C - Azev's I'm not 100% on TBH, but don't get me wrong I have loved these wheels for ages and always wanted a set for my Golf... The C above does look good on them but I have seen other colours not working so well! Most Posche rims work well but D90's seem to have the same issues as the Azev's (some good / some bad) If I were looking for the VR then I'd prob be going for the RH rims that Kev, OSV and VR6 have on theirs... Good luck what ever route you decide to go down 8) P.S. having said all that I'm about to stick a set of TSW Evo R's on mine and I've never really been too keen on them but they didn't cost me much so it's worth a try :roll: :lol:

Here's an extra pic for you... BTW I have a feeling they don't fit on a VR too well (clearence issues) maybe someone can confirm that?

Spotted a perl grey VR M*** MCF on the A3 (southbound) on the way back from the Westerham meet today... looked like it might be running porsche style rims but hard to say as they were going round (funny that) Any takers?

I used 'Savage' spray on mine (sh1te name but good spray :lol:) after I'd finishd I gave them a couple of clear coats of laquer and they have come up really nice - a near profesional finish if I do say so myself... will be giving them a cut and a polish before they go on the C 8)

I like the Cup 3s.. there used to be a perl grey VR in down the road from me - looked very sweet 8)

not sure what #i'm looking at... are the inners normal and the outers tinted? If that is the idea then I'm not sure I like it - they should all match IMHO!

The In Pro's look great but look like they need a bit of re-alignment to get them sitting right. Great looking car though 8)

Work just finished on mine has totalled over £2700 - that really hurts but will be worth it once I'm back behind the wheel... it's been over a year since I've enjoyed her properly!

Would have thought if GSF can get 'em then there's a good chance they'll be rhd... fingers crossed!
