One of these.

There's a thread about this very subject somewhere...at least there was. Several people on here play TDU, including Andi and myself (although I haven't been online for a couple of weeks).

If it's a 1.8 with the 12 gallon tank, then 250 miles isn't far off. You'll probably only see 300 tops if you stay out of the town.

I'd advertise a car on the Autotrader over eBay every time. eBay is a big waste of time these days.

"IBAN stands for International Bank Account Number and always used in conjunction with a Bank Identifier Code (BIC). IBAN is an initiative being driven by the European Commission and banks across Europe to introduce a standard account number format for use with cross border payments in Europe." ...apparently!

You could also just buy a motorcycle as, I believe, the SPECS system is forward-facing.

You may need to put a flame-suit on before you post any pictures on here! Tough crowd.

That 'plate looks really familiar. Where did the car come from?

Practical Performance Car has a review of quite a few different management systems this month.

My guess would be the voltage regulator on the back of the clocks.

It sounds like it's been pretty well looked after, but I'd stick with the VR6 myself. As for the performance difference, I have no idea.

The injectors are held in by one big green O-ring and take quite some effort to remove if the O-ring isn't old and hardened. I'm not sure if the 1.8 ever had the metal retaining clips; mine didn't have any three years ago when I bought it and it still hasn't. I've had no issues. The O-rings can be bought from GSF or your local dealer. -
You'll definitely need to keep the bumper iron brackets at the very least. The front subframe bolts into the bumper brackets.

I've got that on DVD. PM sent...

1200? I saw 1012. He lost to a turbocharged Hayabusa at the end. I think I could live with the shame!

What would your million pound car garage be?
bcstudent replied to jedi-knight83's topic in General Car Chat
I could never spend a million quid on tin boxes. I grasp the concept, but just thinking about having money reminds me that I don't...so I try not to :) -

I think I'll just have my Corrado and a million in the bank if that's ok. -
I have a feeling the time looks bad because you have to use third gear to reach 60mph in a 2.0 16v. I'm sure they're shorter geared than the 1.8 16v.

Is Photobucket broken? I'm just getting the text 'image' instead of an actual image.

What's happening in Norwich?

Everyone's a judge until it's them in the dock. We all speed sometimes, and I mean ALL, sometimes accidents happen as a result. Some just get away with it for longer.

Impressive figures, congratutations. Do you have dyno print-outs you could post?

People can speculate about the consequenses 'till the cows come home. If you want to try it....try it. It sounds like you're well aware of the potential issues.

You may find you get a touch more blue smoke from cold starts, but I'd say it's worth a try.
