Yeah, the Oil needs to be very thin, I used a spay on type when I first got the car because it sqeeked and its been fine since, just spray on and manually lift up and down a few times

I don't know why but I always get really nervous about MOT's, Mine passed earlier this month but that was after all the suspension was changed! :roll: Emissions - Mine were fine last year when I thought it was running a bit rich, maybe your ignition timing is out, Stealth adjusted mine when I was there and the car is running better than ever, using less fuel, going faster and more MPG! - could also be your CAT/lambda are on the way out...

Yeah, try the left one first as its easier to see as the cl pump is on the other side, fairly easy tho, be careful not to break the crappy seatbelt covers!

The rest of the car looked completly standard tho so I think it may have been a special edition out of the factory! - I keep saying these 'Strorms' are not what there cracked up to be, eh, Rodders? :lol: Yours a Diesel too? :-P

Yeah, I don't think there is any benifit from buying a car like a Corrado from a dealer rather than privatly unless it comes with a bloody good warranty... Infact I would rather buy a car privatly so you get to meet the person who owned it before you!

Saw the usual 3 or 4 Corrado's on the way to work this morning but also saw a 'Storm' I'd never seen before!! I nearly pissed myself when I came up behind an N reg Mk3 Golf TDi 'Storm' - surely VW did not put a badge of such prestige on a Diesel mk3, and not even a late one!!

I've got a Powerflow cat back which is very good and well fitted, previouse owner had it done in London There is a place called motorsport wheels in Harlow which is meant to be fairly good...

The rear camber is not adjustable, I suppose if the front is out then it could affect the rear wear, also could be an unbalanced wheel or bearing on its way out, also check your rear suspension, axel bushes etc...

Maybe he is talking about the Golf VR's but i thought they were the same apart from the fronts are 288mm... The only difference between VR6 and G60 Corrado's is the wheel bolt pattern and the VR has a slightly bigger Master Cylinder
