  1. Nice one Chris, we'll end up with a full set!

  3. I can scan them at work and email them to you if you want Jim?

    Handbrake cable

You won't get the vw part number on them though so you can carefully position them so you can see it!! Or Is that just me being OCD?

    Handbrake cable

Yep! Both the cables and guide tubes from vw

    Handbrake cable

I just changed mine, they were just under £20 each and the guild tubes came to about £15 for the pair. I only changed mine because the part numbers on the cables weren't as bright a white as new ones!

    Handbrake cable

Took longer to get the centre tunnel and handbrake handle off. Not a bad job though.
  10. Cheers Tan. The original diamond cut finish on RS's is the best look in my opinion. It's subtle and makes them different from the usual RS. It would be a difficult finish to recreate though I believe. From speaking with people on here about them the dishes would need to be diamond cut, then assembled onto the wheel then the whole wheel lacquered. I'm sure you'll get them sorted either way though.
  11. Awesome Chris!! Can you get them anodised?
  12. Oooof!! That looks like a major job, glad you got it sorted though.
  13. Fronts for me. I Don't like to criticise other people's cars but was checking this out on Sunday and the rears just look a bit too much. Lovely car though. I think it would look good on original dishes all round but polished.
  14. Spotted a red corrado on my way home from Stanford yesterday. It was heading southbound on the M1
  15. Not inline fuses Wayne, they are the connections for the rear abs sensors!
  16. I've got it, along with the original tech know file what Chris Gaskell wrote for the sprinter. Pm me your email and I'll scan it to you. It's the details for the mud flaps on my storm
  17. Despite the heavy rain and mud bath to get into Stanford it turned into a really good day and even ended up with a bit of sunburn on my neck! It was really good to catch up with folks. Some great corrados on the club stand and concours section too. Thanks for the feedback on the Storm but I can't really take any credit for it. It's taken one mans dedication and care over the last 19 years to keep it in the condition it's in. Cheers for the pictures of it.
  18. Good to catch up today Daren. Your car looked great, paintwork looks factory fresh and so do the wheels. Will be good to see it in the concours next year. Hope your drive home was dry!
  19. How is it Chris? Was it worth the wait? Does it sound like a jet fighter?
  20. At least you can use yours in the rain mate!
  21. Well I'll still be going in the garage tomorrow with the machine polisher just in case! Could do with going so I can see your new corrado
  22. I'm not sure yet Daren. The thought of getting the underneath grafted isn't too appealing at the moment.
  23. Forecast rain all day, don't think I'll be racing anyone any where on Sunday.
  24. Does look really good and i prefer the general car show to the vw ones at the moment.
