Hi Philly, did you know you have the wrong brake pipe clip (double one) on the web part of the beam? Not that it really matters but it should be a single clip (still available).
-
Retro gathering?
-
Looking good, best colour storm too.
-
Are you bringing it to Stanford hall on Sunday?
-
I'm not sure but looking at those studs they look like the clips would slide on. I reckon you should be fine if you get the right clips.
-
Nice one, congrats!! I need a go in this please.

Vr6 are different and as I say, goldie's was different to mine. If you have the old beam it's worth checking stud centres
-
Both of mine have been 1995 cars with threaded studs. The plastic guide on your picture and the White clip are the same as mine. There is another little stud on your picture in the filet piece where the rigid brake line clip goes, that should also be a threaded stud for a 1995 car. If you look at the picture sent by Philly, the stud near the wheel axle looks further up the beam then yours.

Is your vr a late one? Mine is a late beam and the studs are threaded, when I did goldie's beam which is an 'L' reg, it had studs like the one on the pictures which were different. Wonder if the beams are different?

Now Sold thanks.

You should wait for the wheeler dealers car, not a storm but should be all sorted when it's finished. They have to do quite a lot of checks (not on camera) before they can sell them on.
-
Still for sale mate.
-
No probs Wayne, As I said, I can bring them to Sheffield on Friday night and meet you on the M1 somewhere (near Meadowhall maybe?) alternatively I will still be in Sheffield on Saturday.
-
I normally email my local VW or TPS (depending on what it is) and they order the parts and call me when they are in stock, then just pay on collection.

I remember him saying on deals on wheels the corrado is one of his favourite cars! Looking forward to seeing the programme.
-
Looking pretty mean James, not running the RS's?
-
Looks factory fresh Daren, look forward to seeing it at Stanford.
-
I had my doubts on the nothelles but they look stunning in the pictures, but even better in the flesh! You've done some great work with the car Michael.

I can take some close up pictures tonight when I get in. I'm away Saturday and back Sunday afternoon, then can be free to suit you really.

4 x BBS Solitude Alloy Wheels I'm selling the 4 solitude alloy wheels from my storm as I have just put some new ones on and the old ones are taking up space in the garage. The wheels have no curbing or bubbling / corrosion but do have the odd stone chip however they were good enough to be on the car at last years Stanford hall concours show and score 19 out of 20 with a "near perfect" comment on the score sheet from the judge. The wheels don't have any centre caps or tyres. I'm after ?100 for the 4 with collection only. List Date: 4/15/2015 Location: Hull, United Kingdom For more info, click here to view the original listing: 4 x BBS Solitude Alloy Wheels -------------------------------------- SOLD -------------------------------------- Mobile friendly version: 4 x BBS Solitude Alloy Wheels Go Mobile: Download the free Panjo iOS app now!

one on Ebay Jim, looks a bit ropey. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VW-CORRADO-VR6-ABS-PUMP-AND-MODULE-COMPLETE-GOLF-358-614-217-358614217-/261803206788?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item3cf4afe884

The VR6 has 6 ports out of the front of the ABS pump and 1 has a bigger connection nut.

I might have something in all my files, I'll have a look. If not, I have enough pictures (and a car in the garage) to sort a sketch for you Jim. I'll sort something tonight. Chris
