I spoke to Vince this morning to check what time i can drop my rado to him on Sat & he said there are still only 2 of us confirmed. deadline is tomorrow & vince can only confirm numbers of those who have called him with their payment details. there is a decent saving to be made here - can the others who have said 'yes' please make sure they contact vince asap thanks :D

ewwww that looks massively different to the wiring & loom i have had to work with - no idea sorry looks like you may need an auto electrician m8 it does look like 1 of the earth brown wires is split on the 1st pic tho - which cant help if it is

Hello m8 Where did you get the loom from? Ive fitted 2 of the 1's KUR2Y sells on here & they were a case of matching the wire colours positions to those on the factory connector. i took a pic of the connector before removing so that it was easy to see the orientation & then positioning of the wires - not sure if i still have the pic tho - so you could try disconnecting the loom & putting the factory connector back on, check the lights function correctly & then match up your new loom ;)

Yeeee-harrrr!! I booked my VR in for some work with stealth yesterday, of which 263's & a remap are included. Just had confirmation from vince that i can put my name down on this group buy as the timing is in synch :D Fingers crossed we can hit good numbers Thanks Vince!

Having just booked in with stealth for some serious work on my VR 2 weeks prior to this forum day mine should have been on the rollers for the remap byt the time it takes place i doubt i will be able to attend the meet but i may have some interesting input for this thread.....if thats ok with the forum population :)

The time has finally arrived!!! Confirmation of date booked with Stealth for my VR to go there for some head work & lots of shiny new parts :D Excited doesnt feel a strong enough word but i thought id share it with fellow rado lovers lol

Indeed VR6, thats a mighty BIG assumption though ;) lol

it is possible to replace both headlights bulbs without removing the light itself passenger side is fairly easy, though on both sides it is always a little tricky getting the bulb clips back on drivers side is also fairly easy if you take a couple of mins to disconnect & remove the airbox finally, daylight definitely helps!!! ;)

good idea about the ECU. fingers crossed they dont actually try to get into the car. many years ago in manchester, on an old car on the drive, i had some idiots try to bend the top of my passenger door out so they could pull the door pin up....needless to say they just f***ed it up :( but the cops caught them running off & told me they would give them similar treatment as my car on their way to the station lol if its ok ben i will chat with the gf, as the items will be for her rado not mine, & drop you a message to arrange a convenient time for us all :) thanks in advance!
