  1. Have a look on ClubGTI or GolfGTI.co.uk, may be more likely that someone will know or have the info on there mate. Was this even sold in the UK? Can't say I've ever seen one tbh, although have heard of them at some point in the past.
  2. Dunno if this is any good to you mate. http://wiki.the-corrado.net/02a_manual_gearbox_general_information_ratios_codes_etc.html
  3. Cracking buy that mate, congrats. I was really tempted tbh for the price it was advertised for and I love the Storm Grey Colour, but the missus would have gone absolutely mental.:hitler:

    Ebay Storm

Overpriced imo. For a car with a duff HG, 'a few scabs here and there', over 160k, and no tax, I don't care if its not been 'Chaved up' , its still strong money for a Corrado as they are at the moment. Does my head in with such poor grammar when advertising a car for sale too, especially when apparently advertising on someone else's behalf.
  5. These Bulbs http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2X-1156-BA15S-P21W-120-LED-3528-SMD-White-Car-Turn-Signal-Tail-Light-Bulb-Lamp-/330881136838?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item4d0a0d78c6 To be used in conjunction with these Resistors http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/360449150191?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649 Don't think you really need to use ones with so many LEDs in them, but I'm sure the more the better. You'll probably be able to find slightly cheaper too if you get ones from Chinese sellers.
  6. Have you got the LED bulbs yet James? I'm not sure what colour to use for the indicators, as the only thread with links are for normal white rather than amber ones. Harder to find the amber ones too.
  7. Try wriggling the ignition key when it doesn't start. Its a common problem and you can bypass the switch itself to be sure. If you have an aftermarket immobiliser, that could be another possible cause.
  8. Google Corrado double din and look on images. It can be done with a bit of fettling mate.
  9.:lol::lol: Go on, make my evening. lol
  10. Got any photos James? May be easier to value with a idea of condition etc. Have a looksee what standard sets go for and add a bit on top as a rough guide would be my suggestion. I'm sure someone else may be a little better placed than me to value them though as I've never seen another set for sale that have been re-trimmed tbh, so I don't know what this sort of thing generally goes for. Any experts out there???
  11. Cheers pal. Do you have car parts in every room in the house now?
  12. Hmmm, 3 users, Me, Cazza, and Joebloggs.................. If there are guests/non members viewing it may be what your seeing?
  13. Good effort mate. What tint spray did you use? I need to get some to re-do mine as well.
  14. Why did I miss this, aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh second dibs on wings if they're rust free. :( How much for passenger door and bonnet if they're rust free and in decent knick too please mate.
  15. Over £60 for a bit of plastic, think I'll carry on and struggle.............
  16. Cant see them being much more than current prices tbh.
  17. Got one Wednesday night when filling up, a couple of yoofs walked past and one flicked his fingers at me, and said "dat car iz baaaad man". I assumed he actually meant good, so replied "cheers" Before getting in and driving off before my wheels did a disappearing act!

    B5 S4 Beast

That is immense! I'm seriously contemplating going to speak to the bank manager! That's a very very good price for the spec too!
  19. If its too far from Dox and you can wait until the 14th of December for collection, I'll have it and can pay now if your in Bristol?
  20. Your insurance shouldn't go up because its a cat c, but as we all know, these insurance companies are a fickle bunch. You will see a rise due to the accident regardless of whether you were at fault or not though. You will need a VIC check from VOSa too. The biggest outlay on what you're suggesting is the paint, so if you can get someone you know or someone to do it cheap you should be ok.
  21. Just make sure the mating surfaces are free from rust and brake dust with a wire brush, and thats it, as you say they just sit onto the carrier.
  22. Ah yeah, I may be getting a bit confused with the fog then..........
  23. I'm pretty sure if you were loosing that amount of water through the HG youd notice poor running and signs of it in the oil. Did you bleed the water system properly when you topped up after changing the HG? Water level warning could be the points on the expansion tank being clogged with scale and other such crap, so may be worth changing that, but was it you that changed your clocks recently? Could be a duff replacement....
  24. Theres a whole tunnel including gear gaitor on ebay atm mate. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/161125652416?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649 Edit; disregard, apparently its gone.
