  1. thats kind of you Ben. How much would you want for them? Would it be convenient to post at all? Hasan
  2. I'm never sure on A, B & C pillars - i guess this would be the B? Just to confirm, A is the front of the door and C is the rear portion?
  3. Not sure what these are called but i'm looking for a pair of the L-shaped trims that fit on the centre post that cover the seatbelt. Basically to re-cover so colour is unimportant. Just as long as the tabs aren't broken. Many thanks Hasan
  4. I think the lowest (or highest) offset without rubbing (on the back) is 32. Ideally 33 to 43. I assume something similar at the front?
  5. Ah that's a shame. Tbh, 360 is really too much for me for some roof trims, I'll set about repairing my ones instead.
  6. are these still available? current price?
  7. As suggested above, put some newspaper around the door seal. If you can, overlap the seal slightly and then close the door on it. If the insulation has got wet then it will be best to remove the seat and carpet and then take them out to dry. This will then be an ideal time to check with a hosepipe with newspaper in the floor and around the door. You can also throw some talc down and see where water is entering as it forms tracks in tehepowder Check the door rubbers are all supple and flex properly. Worth getting a seal lube like gummipflege.
  8. Superchargers sound good. Anyone with a rotrex?
  9. Many thanks to Cressa for posting these - appreciated, and a top chap to boot as well.
  10. Many thanks for the carriers Dox, very well packed too.

topran is generally poorer quality, dont know much about jp group
  12. I think its when the rear demist is pressed. Also puts the mirror demist on too
  13. ive use Hermes, they're about £10 delivery. Easiest to use black plastic bags and tape them up. I've received tyres like that in the past, or wrapped with black cling film
  14. dox i'll take the 288 carriers please. Paypal ok? Btw, cant quite tell the handbrake colours, interested if any are cream? If so, do you know how close a match to the corrado cream they are? Thanks Hasan
  15. Ah just what i need atm. Not sure when I'll be venturing up north though.. No chance of sending them by courier? Of course I'll cover the cost of that
  16. I think mine also have some foam around them towards the back that leads into that channel
  17. Yes i think so. One of mine has broken at the weakest point so will need repairing at some stage. Btw, those door scuff plates look different - any more pics of those?

    Wiring amp

Is there any way to wire an amp so it only comes on when the engine is running rather than any time the head unit is switched on? Ive put a basic rocker switch so i can switch it on or off manually but don't know if this is the best way to do it. Thanks Hasan
  21. Just beginning to tidy the car up a bit and was wondering what the correct method of attaching the bottom arm of the rear door cards should be to prevent them inadvertently getting broken off. I usually try and force the door trim back slightly to trap them under, but this means the rubber then sits above the door card but under the trim. Welcome any suggestions or indeed any pics of your installs. Hasan

    Wing mirrors

Goldfinger, what colour are your faulty ones? Interested in selling them at all? Sorry to hijack the thread Cressa! Hasan
  23. We've had a conservatory/hybrid orangery recently on the back of the house. Sadly the company is perhaps the worst i've dealt with for many reasons, not least to charge us in advance for something they didnt do (fit acco drains around the build). Plumbing - well ive got pics and had to get our plumber to rectify at our cost. Whats the best way to complain, report them and get our money plus compensation? I'm looking to go down the section 75 route, but it seems this comes just from he credit card company - seems strange, the suppliers should pay for this surely? Welcome any suggestions and more than happy to share the company name if you want to avoid them!. They're based in Birmingham, and apparently had 39 'good reviews' - which may or may not be genuine, but which convinced us to make the mistake of employing them.
  24. Or you could refurb them yourself. Its a nice satisfying little project and won't cost more than new seals and, if required, new pistons & slider pins and paint in your choice of colour
  25. i have the same issue - pass side clicks but doesnt move. I've stripped and relubed the driver side motor before which was a hassle but hopefully it wont come to that here...
