Part number 15 on diagram . Accumulator 431133441C for KR (16V) Vag or Bosch part number 0438170027 Diagram http://www.oemepc.com/vw/part_single/catalog/vw/markt/RDW/modell/COR/year/1993/drive_standart/76/hg_ug/201/subcategory/69000/part_id/3687212/lang/e#sec_37 Cheapest seller. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Bosch-Fuel-Injection-Accumulator-0438170027-GENUINE-5-YEAR-WARRANTY/163054302681?epid=1809487799&hash=item25f6cb35d9:g:-XgAAOSwo9Va~08u Proof of correct part https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VW-GOLF-JETTA-MK1-MK2-CORRADO-GTI-16V-Fuel-Pressure-Accumulator-K-Jetronic/123757014448?hash=item1cd07e2db0:g:HDUAAOSwxZxcDDYi The drop down field is manually done by the seller so I would just go by the parts diagram as some cars are missed off the list.

Good to hear . Where did you source your Schick Manifold from ?
-
Is it to stop the tow hook getting hot ?
-
Could it be that the fitter in the Karmann factory didnt know his left and rights, it is a true mystery. ha
-
Ha ha. Happy New Year Fen! The only thing I can think of is, if in other countries the exhaust is the other side and they didn't bother to swop over the shield on RHD cars, god knows !
-
Ok sound mate I will have a look out for some. It is a complete mystery ha !
-
This sounds great work bet you cant wait to see and feel the final results. Sorry for this dumb question but what is the rear bumper heat shield actually for as its the opposite side of the exhaust. I'm doing a bumper refurb next year so have a rear bumper heat shield and rivets . Annoyingly the rear bumper bracket bolts seem to be obsolete.

Good stuff mate sounds promising. It is a really rare part because it was only ever made for a 16V KR Corrado. The Mk2 golf 16V is hard to get as well but more common, I keep a couple as spare just incase.
-
I know matthew palmer has one but one of the brackets is broken that holds either the accumulator or fuel filter. drop him a message but you would have to drill a hole and use a cable tie for the bad bracket. You can always type in corrado breaking on facebook and see what comes up. Always pay via paypal for protection. https://www.facebook.com/groups/768808459938759/
-
Matt from Mk2 spares has a Corrado swirl pot but one of the brackets is cracked £50.00 think he said with the pumps etc. Think Brendon Moss was breaking one from Dubstock as well.
-
All you need to do is sign up to facebook and search for them names on the list I gave you. Nothing to do with the Corrado Forum.
-
Happy new year. You need to press a button to join the group first.

Check this thread out as well chap. https://www.clubgti.com/forums/index.php?threads/swirl-pot-replacement.286190/ https://www.merlinmotorsport.co.uk/p/obp-fuel-swirl-pot-1-litre-100mm-diameter-x-135mm-tall-obpa025

Unfortunately chap it does help opening a FB account to source classic parts, mind you can just leave the profile blank or make up a name, no need to have your private details on facebook for the world to see. Club gti has alot of stuff on there something about using a MK3 filter and Mk1 pump.
-
I would try these three mate in descending order. All on facebook Chris Ferry or username on here lilfuzzer Brendon Moss of Dubstock Mathew Palmer Mk2 golf spares Here is a couple of threads that might help about uprating fuel pump or alternatives to a swirl pot. http://the-corrado.net/showthread.php?84555-16v-fuel-pump-complete-Wanted https://www.clubgti.com/forums/index.php?threads/upgrading-fuel-pump.282505/ Im wondering the Golf Mk2 16v swirl pot works or even the 8V swirl pot but as mentioned the Corrado has a different part number but the bracket is the same on both models that houses it to the underside of the floorpan.

Disappointed to hear your Febi ones failed prematurely, I had some Febi front mounts fitted to my car last year as well, I also had rear Lemforder top mounts fitted at the same time and now regret not getting front Lemforder top mounts . Did the same same on my golf to! I have purchased Febi a lot in the past if OE was not available however I do think they live a little off there attachment to Bilstein which of course is quality , compared to brands like Beru, Hella and Lemforder Febi is lower on the scale and more on par with Meyle I would say. Does sound like you can't go wrong with the factory ones though not sure if they are obsolete and costs.

I have a spoonfed deep pile carpet set including the boot and I imagine it helps a little with the sound deadening. With creaks and rattles its worth re clothing some body clips and checking there are no missing damping grommets that the clips go into, my sill trims were missing all the grommets the clips house into.
-
Give these a shot mate its a quality brand , https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Pair-OEM-Lemforder-Front-Top-Mounts-Bearings-VW-Mk3-Golf-Sharan-Corrado-VR6/400838980314?hash=item5d53dd72da:g:oJIAAOSwT6pVwcH5

On about fronts or rear ? Pretty sure I managed to get some lemforder last year.

Hi did my passenger side insulation today due to an old matrix coolant leak. I used the old insulation as a template and then stripped the old insulation off the rubber matt. The insulation was only glued on with trimmer adhesive from factory so fairly easy to remove but nonetheless a messy job but did clean up well. It is important that you copy the insulation below the rubber as some layers are single thickness and others double so it sits on the floor pan pattern snug . The Heritage deluxe insulation worked well as it comes in two layers. So firstly stick one whole insulation layer on the clean rubber with aerosil trimmers glue. Second layer copy the original one where it has double layer and glue them together. Fairly easy job to be honest and a sharp pair of scissors will cut through the Heritage insulation. Don't be tempted to make the pads larger as they encroach by your seat rails and will make your seat unable to slide back and forth. You will need to glue the new made up insulation pads to your footwells trimmer glue worked well. Link shows picture of the disgusting old stuff and a example of one of the base templates I cut out. Bottom of album. Hopefully the state of my old insulation pads will encourage you to take this £50.00 job on. https://photos.app.goo.gl/KofL9bRESGSeZJv47 P.s I recommend at least a few adhesive trimmer cans. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Trimfix-Adhesive-High-Temperature-120-C-Spray-Glue-For-Headliners-Car-Trims/391260834656?hash=item5b18f68b60:m:mYHz7UcBepFHhz42Xykx-6g Also a couple of rear door card clips and sill trim clips as spares as a couple of my brittle ones snapped. All available from Heritage. Part Numbers Grommet for sill trim clip 191853586D Fixing Clip for Door Entry Sill Trim 191853577A Rear door Panel Retaining Clip 823867299 My next job is change out the door card membranes that I did last year out of plastic sheeting. I did my golf out of this stuff and it's fantastic . It is like a grey waterproof sponge material from the dealers. x2 door insulation membrane 3A0867201H - cheapest place to get is from the dealers. Install with butyl tape. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/GENUINE-NEW-VW-MK2-GOLF-JETTA-FOAM-INNER-DOOR-MEMBRANE-WATER-SOUND-SEAL-FOIL/331074381557?epid=1888321357&hash=item4d159226f5:g:jdoAAMXQWzNSlJ9k

Might be worth going on a 16V golf forum to see if anyone has done the mod.

Buy what your happy with mate but I have heard only use Bosch for KR fueling as all the rest are unreliable. As mentioned above you need to determine which pump you have first, have you seen a pump under the car? Also check your chassis number.
-
Here is a diagram of the a KR fuel tank I cant see no internal pump. http://www.oemepc.com/vw/part_single/catalog/vw/markt/RDW/modell/COR/year/1993/drive_standart/76/hg_ug/201/subcategory/65000/part_id/3687086/lang/e#sec_25 I'm not to clued up on the Corrado KR as there was a 2.0 16V version as well that might have a different fueling system with a lift pump and sender in the tank. There are chassis changes to the pump on the diagram with different part numbers. Think you'll find only have one which will most lightly be under the car or one in the tank. Be one of these dependent on your chassis number (age of car). http://www.oemepc.com/vw/part_single/catalog/vw/markt/RDW/modell/COR/year/1993/drive_standart/76/hg_ug/906/subcategory/206000/part_id/3706612/lang/e http://www.oemepc.com/vw/part_single/catalog/vw/markt/RDW/modell/COR/year/1993/drive_standart/76/hg_ug/919/subcategory/213000/part_id/3689944/lang/e http://www.oemepc.com/vw/part_single/catalog/vw/markt/RDW/modell/COR/year/1993/drive_standart/76/hg_ug/919/subcategory/213000/part_id/3689944/lang/e
